“Sex Work Isn’t Real Work”

I think we’ve all hear someone say “Sex Work isn’t real work”. For those of you who aren’t an adult performer, let me give you a bit of a glimpse into my work day. It began with video editing. It doesn’t seem hard right? Wrong. Video editing is tedious work. I take my time to focus on the little details that make each of my fetish videos special. It’s important to me to be able to take pride in the content I produce. Otherwise what’s the point in making it at all?

Today’s video batch wasn’t too bad. It only took a couple of hours…for editing. Not rendering, Not making previews, Not writing descriptions, or even uploading. Those are all separate. So once I have ALL of those things done, fast forward about 2 hours (most of the time it takes 6 when I have 3+ videos to do). For those of you interested (and I know you all are) the video I was editing and uploading is a soon to be released ass smother ( or ass squishing) face sitting video. I know you all have a deep love of my massive ass and I love tormenting you all with it. Next I focused on making a new PTV (Pay To View) game for Niteflirt yet again revolving around my bubble butt. This one isn’t a farting one but I’m considering making one soon. I love making little games for my customers to play and getting them nice and worked up. It’s fascinating to me to see who can make it to the end of the game. These games take a TON of time to produce. Not only do I have to make the content and upload it, the major time suck is in creating each little mail. Making sure it’s in the correct listing, writing code for it, keeping the photos in order( harder than it sounds), keeping all the mail buttons in order and not losing my place (even harder), and writing little messages in each one. You then make promotional previews, send them out to everyone and code them into your listings.

So fast forward 4 more hours. For those of you who don’t know, I hadn’t been able to get into the backend of my website for over a year. That’s why things weren’t being updated and it honestly bugged me. So brilliant me decided fuck it. I’ll build another one. I tried to take the easy route (never a good idea) and built a Wix site. So confession time. I LOATHE Wix websites (no shade on those of you who have them). It’s not that I hate them in general but I hate building them. They are meant for people with little to no coding knowledge. Unfortunately (in this instance) for me, I have a great deal of coding background. Fast forward 3 more hours and I’m pulling my hair out trying to get change text that just doesn’t want to cooperate. I finally get so fed up with it that yet again, I say fuck it. I bought new hosting and began to build a new WordPress site from scratch. Funny enough, I was able to complete that massive task in 1.5 hours. It’s rather amusing to me how fast I can produce new things when I have access to edit the site code.

So let’s see. How many hours is that calculated up? That’s right 10.5 hours. More than what most “normal” people work in a work day. Here’s the funny part. I haven’t even gone to my daily evening job of camming on Niteflirt yet (another 4 to 5 hours). So the next time you hear “Sex Work is not real work”, think about this article. You have no idea how much effort goes on behind the scenes to make everything look “so easy”.

As a side note, this is my first ever blog post so that’s kinda cool. I’m sure in time I’ll figure out how to add photos and make everything all pretty but I’m still proud to get started.
